U.P. Logon E-Mail Migration Notice

We are continuing the process of upgrading our E-Mail system. We are now ready to migrate your E-Mail account over to our updated system. We understand how important E-Mail delivery is and will be here to help you with any questions or problems during the transition.

The migration will take place at 12:00 AM Wednesday 1/9/2019.

What do you need to do?

  1. After the date and time above your email account settings will need to be updated. Depending on how you access your E-Mail there are a few ways to accomplish this. We are more than happy to send you instructions ahead of time if needed. Please let us know what device (Computer, Apple Product, Android Product Etc. and Program Mail App, Outlook, Windows Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird) you are using. If you are not sure please visit our website HERE to help you identify the correct device, program or application.

  2. Update any devices with new server information to ensure that you are connecting to the updated system. You can find step by step instructions on how to do this for every kind of device or computer via Support Center.
    1. Login into the Support Center with your E-Mail address and Password. Select the device you are setting up and follow the pictured steps as outlined.

E-Mail messages will now be received within your updated Inbox. You can ALWAYS access your E-Mail from our Home page at Please use the "Updated E-Mail Login" link to be directed to the correct page.

Lastly, we know you have options when it comes to your E-Mail. Unlike other companies we will never share or sell your online data or E-Mail for advertising or marketing purposes. We are your locally owned and operated Internet Service Provider.

U.P. Logon E-Mail Update

We are happy to announce we will be updating our E-Mail system. This upgrade will give you as an E-Mail Customer many more benefits over the current version. Here are some of the new features:

Also, being a locally owned and operated company we don't sell your personal E-Mail or online data. All these great features and much more!

What do you the customer need to do?

The transition will be taking place behind the scenes. When your E-Mail account is ready to be moved over you will receive a Migration notification. This will mean that your E-Mail messages have been copied over to the new system. Also, any NEW messages received after the time specified on the Migration notice will be accessible through the Updated system.

How to login to the new E-Mail system?

Once the Migration is completed you will be able to login to the Upgraded E-Mail system through our home page by selecting the, "Click Here to Log into Updated Webmail*," link. Please note your mail box will not be fully updated in this new system until you have received the Migration notification.

What about my devices?

After the migration letter has been received you can setup any device or mail program (Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Windows Mail etc.) with personalized step-by-step instructions. Simply follow the link on our home page to the updated Webmail login and select the "E-Mail Setup Tool" link. Sign in with your E-Mail and Password to get custom setup instructions.
